In January 2009, Serge Cohen and Fabrice Gamboa handed over the dual post of P&S Editor-in-Chief to Damien Lamberton and Marc Hoffmann. The new Editors are both from the University Paris-Est in Marne-la-Vallée, France.

We wish them well in their new quest and wholeheartedly thank their predecessors for their contribution to the journal (2005-2009).
