As a new service to authors, ESAIM: P&S now gives online access to the unedited preprint version of accepted papers several weeks ahead of publication. This online version does not take into account the corrections made during production processes. Online access to PDF files is granted to all ESAIM: P&S subscribers. These articles may be cited by their DOI.
